Suicide

Police were called to a burglary at the Terrace Apartments. When police arrived, they saw a man pointing a gun at officers. Officers shot at the man and during that exchange, a bystander was shot. The man barricaded himself in his apartment. After a few hours, officers went inside the apartment. When they entered, they found the man's body, reportedly having shot and killed himself.
