Bonner, 19, has been charged with two counts of reckless homicide, illegal possession of a gun, leaving the scene of an accident, aggravated unlawful use of a weapon and illegal possession of ammunition. The two people who died, who have not been identified, were passengers in the car Bonner is accused of driving while police pursued him.
