Suicide
A man fatally shot himself after attempting to shoot a woman at a housing services program in the Central District. Around 1:15 p.m., the man met with the woman in a courtyard of a building and allegedly made threatening statements to her. He then pulled out a gun and fired at the woman, who managed to get away uninjured. The man then reportedly shot and killed himself.
