Around 3:20 p.m., a trooper tried to pull a person over, and he took off. The driver allegedly drove north on I-25 at excessive speed, failing to stop. Several miles north of Cheyenne, the driver drove into the opposite lanes of travel colliding with a southbound commercial tractor-trailer. The driver was ejected and killed.
