Cuba Police Officer Brandon Roybal Barber allegedly was driving a black Ford F-150 pickup the wrong direction on I-25 and hit a black GMC Yukon, killing two occupants. Barber was charged with three counts of vehicular homicide, aggravated DWI, and possession of an open container.
