Deadly force

Officers responded to a domestic violence call and found a 24-year-old woman and her 11-month-old child on the roof of the apartment building. She had escaped after her boyfriend had become violent while drunk. Her 6 and 4 year old children were still inside. Officers attempted to take him into custody, but he fought with them and continued to fight after they used a Taser. He pulled out a black object, which the officers took for a weapon, but was a wallet. They shot and killed him.
