Deadly force

Police discovered the suspect on a second-story apartment balcony plunging a knife into his girlfriend, then also attacking an older neighbor trying to stop him. The officer shot the suspect multiple times and he died at the scene. The neighbor also died from knife wounds. The same shooter would kill the schizophrenic wheelchair-bound Brian Claunch in September 2012.
