Naim Owens, 22, grazed officer John Hirschberger in the left thigh while fleeing police. During the pursuit, cops shot Owens once in the upper back, and he was taken to Kings County Hospital, where he suffered complications during surgery and died from internal bleeding. His brother, Khiel Coppin, had been killed by NYPD in 2007.
