16-year-old teenager shot by border guards with bullet hitting head area. Killed alongside 20-year-old Yasin Siahani in the Siahan border area during heightened alert status following nationwide protest suppression. Border guards were shooting without warning or identification at anyone seen near zero point of border. Both victims were local residents using the mountainous Siahan route between Bacheh-rahi and Esfandak for daily commute.
