Murbarak Soulemane allegedly stole a car at knifepoint in Norwalk. As police were chasing the other, it exited I-95 and went under the bridge, crashing. State troopers arrived at the scene and encountered Soulemane with a knife. They tasered him to no effect then shot and killed him.
