Murad Fawzi Abu Seifen

Murad Fawzi Abu Seifen, a 15-year-old Palestinian boy, was killed after being shot by Israeli forces during an Israeli military incursion into the town of Al-Yamoun (also referred to as Yamoun/Ya'bad area) near Jenin in the northern occupied West Bank. Reports indicate that the shooting occurred amid confrontations between Palestinian youths and Israeli troops.

According to the accounts provided, Israeli military vehicles entered Al-Yamoun on the evening of 5 November 2025 and conducted operations throughout the town. During the incursion, confrontations reportedly occurred between local youths and Israeli forces. Murad was allegedly among a group of youths confronting soldiers when he was shot from a distance. Local sources stated that he was hit by multiple bullets and collapsed in the street. Witnesses reported that Israeli soldiers prevented Palestinian ambulance crews from reaching him, leaving him critically wounded for an extended period. He subsequently died from his injuries, and Israeli forces reportedly seized and retained his body. Human rights organizations noted that the withholding of his body prevented independent verification of the exact number and location of his wounds.
