Biography

Mohammad-Sadra Zarei was an eight-year-old Iranian primary school student from Minab. He attended classes at Shajareh Tayyebeh Primary School, where he spent his days learning alongside other young students. On 1 March 2026, he was among the children present when the school was struck by missiles during an air strike amid the regional conflict. Mohammad-Sadra was killed in the attack, becoming one of many young victims whose deaths shocked the local community and drew international attention.

Mohammad-Sadra Zarei was a young student living in the coastal city of Minab in southern Iran. At eight years old, he was in the early years of his primary education and attended Shajareh Tayyebeh Primary School. Like many children of his age, his daily life revolved around school activities, learning basic subjects, and spending time with classmates and family.

On the morning of 1 March 2026, the school was hit by missiles during an air strike amid the escalating conflict involving Iran and foreign military forces. Witnesses reported that after the first explosion struck the school building, teachers attempted to move students to safer areas, including the prayer hall.
