Mohammad Kamel Al-Jabari was killed by Israeli gunfire following a confrontation near the Kiryat Arba settlement. Surveillance footage showed him armed and firing shots before being struck by an Israeli vehicle at high speed, which rammed him into a wall. After the collision, an armed Israeli settler exited the vehicle and shot Al-Jabari multiple times as he lay wounded on the ground.
