Deputies responded to a trespassing call at Misty Mullins' old home. They say they tried to persuade her to come out and when she wouldn't, they entered. They report that Mullins charged them with a machete. They tasered her three times, and stated that when this failed to subdue her, Deputy Gabriel Romero shot her, killing her.
