Miguel Angel Duran Delgado allegedly stole a semi-truck at gunpoint and then parked in front of a house. Delgado pointed a replica AR-15 at people in the street and refused to obey officers' orders, police said. Officers tried less lethal methods to no effect. An officer shot and killed Delgado.
