Deadly force

Larragoitiy was well known in his retirement community as the local "neighborhood watch." He became suicidal after being diagnosed with terminal cancer. He called a neighbor and told her he was sitting in his garage with a gun to his head. She called 911, and three deputies arrived at the garage. Larragoitiy pointed a weapon at them, and they opened fire, killing him. The weapon turned out to be a BB gun.
