Deadly force
Troopers were called to a domestic dispute between the two brothers around 5 p.m., police said. Michael Drayer was allegedly attacking his brother Jesse Lynn Drayer, 40, with a knife. Jesse Drayer got into a police other, but Michael followed him inside the cruiser, knife still in hand, and when Michael continued his attack, a trooper shot and killed him.
