Suicide

Deputies responded to a residence around 9:19 p.m. A man was inside the home and had locked himself in the bathroom with a weapon and was threatening to harm himself. When deputies arrived, Michael Toribio was located in the back porch with a handgun to his head and threatening to kill himself. Police had contact with him on and off throughout the night. At 5:15 a.m., he shot and killed himself.
