Police shot and killed Michael Chybicki, who was allegedly intoxicated and threatening officers with knives. Police had responded to a complaint at around 8:50 p.m. and found Chybicki outside an apartment building. According to police, an officer fired one shot at Chybicki after he didn't put down his knife. Police had reportedly tried to use a Taser, but it did not seem to have any effect on Chybicki.
