At Rest

Deadly force
A Mobile police officer pulled over the car that Moore was driving. There were two other people inside. Moore didn't have a valid license and was told to step out of the other. Once out of the other, police say there was a brief confrontation, and the officer noticed Moore had a handgun on his waist. Officer Harold Hurst pulled his gun and shot Moore four times, killing him. The case was settled for $2.5 million in February 2021.
