Officers were serving a felony arrest warrant for attempted murder around noon to Michael Marullo at the Garden Village Apartments. There was allegedly an exchange of gunfire and two officers were injured and Michael Marullo was killed. Police later found Marullo's fully loaded handgun, suggesting he didn't shoot during the incident, and the officers might be victims of friendly fire.
