Silver had active armed-robbery warrants from three states when he was intercepted by officers in an ATM drive-through lane of a branch bank. He'd carjacked a other with a woman and small child. Two cruisers blocked him in, the woman was pulled to safety, and Silver was fatally shot after he pointed a black BB gun.
