Deadly force

Officer Cecil Morrison responded to a report of domestic violence at an apartment.He found and approached Michael Whitmer's other with his gun drawn and points the gun into the other, where Whitmer's 4-year-old son is in the back seat. Whitmer attempts to reverse the car out of the driveway twice, as another officer chased the other on foot. On Whitmer's first attempt, his other crashes into an unoccupied police cruiser. As Whitmer reverses a third time, Morrison runs behind the car, and fires several shots through the front and back windows of the other, killing Whitmer.
