Michael Chad Breinholt

Deadly force

Chad Michael Breinholt was reportedly intoxicated and causing problems at a business at about 7 p.m. Breinholt had been dating one of the employees at the business. When officers arrived, they determined Breinholt had been drinking and had been driving a other while intoxicated, so, they arrested Breinholt and took him to the police station. While Breinholt was being processed for his arrest, a struggle occurred in a small room in which Breinholt grabbed an officer's gun. An officer shot and killed Breinholt.
