Deadly force
Brennan allegedly robbed a Papa John's at gunpoint before police gave chase. The chase ended when Brennan crashed into a truck and exited his car with his gun pointed at officers, police said. Officers Jeffrey Krepina, Chuck Mehlman, Scott Jackson, Stephen Lindh, Parma Officer, Daniel Toporowych and Brooklyn officer Shane Phillips were all deemed justified.
