Michael Babcock was reportedly harassing customers at the Aldi Grocery Store about 3 p.m. Officer Brian Neague found Babcock with a gun. Neague shot and killed Babcock. A bystander, Walter Murphy, 79, was allegedly also hit by the officer's gunfire. It is unclear what movement or action by Babcock caused Neague to shoot him.
