Deadly force
SWAT officers were following Lloyd because they suspected he had participated in several other armed robberies. At the Donatos, they saw him leave his other wearing a mask and carrying a gun, but were unable to stop him from entering the shop. Instead, they surrounded the building. As Lloyd was fleeing from the rear of the building, two SWAT officers shot and killed him.
