Athlete from Najaf Abad, Isfahan. Shot in the head with war bullets by Islamic Republic agents on January 8, 2026, severely injured and hospitalized in ICU for 50 days before dying. His father sold his only asset, a car, to remove Mehdi's name from the registered injured list to prevent his arrest. The father suffered a heart attack hours after learning of his son's death and was hospitalized.
