Max Gracia died after multiple police dog bites on his thigh and leg became infected, according to a medical examiner. The dog bit him while Gracia was resisting arrest, police said, and Gracia died several days later in the Orange County jail. Gracia was arrested after allegedly robbing a convenience store at gunpoint.
