Police suspected convenience store clerk Maurice Jamaal Parker of firing a gun into a car during a drug deal earlier in the day. Four officers confronted Parker behind the cash register. Parker initially complied with commands but allegedly reached for his waistband to grab a handgun. Four officers fired a total of 13 rounds, killing Parker.
