KCMO police were called in regard to a suspicious person yelling in the street. Upon arrival, officers observed a black male standing in the street holding a sword. After a short foot chase, a struggle ensued, at which time the suspect attempted to strike the officers with the sword. Officer's shot and killed the suspect.
