Deadly force
Cobb County officers were notified by a person that they had just been carjacked. They found the other nearby. As officers attempted to stop the other, the other fled. After a pursuit, Martin Fregoso stopped the car shot a rifle multiple times, striking a CCPD other, before he fled on foot with the rifle, shooting at officers. One was hit twice in the head. Officers shot and killed him.
