Around 8:35 p.m., police said Mark Meza, was doing doughnuts and otherwise driving erratically in his gray Dodge Dakota behind City Hall. An officer attempted a traffic stop but he fled, and multiple officers pursued him. Officers apparently rammed his other off the road, then three officers shot and killed Meza. Details as to what precipitated the killing were withheld by police.
