Deadly force
An officer with the Argos Police Department attempted to stop the driver of a Dodge pickup truck for a traffic infraction. The driver of the truck, Mark Albright, fled. The officer pursued the truck for several minutes and was eventually assisted by officers from other agencies. After the chase, Albright abruptly stopped his truck and exited and ran from his other ignoring police warnings. During the foot chase, Albright allegedly brandished a gun and shot at officers and was shot and killed.
