Deadly force
Officers were called to a fairgrounds after a report of a person messing with the equipment. An officer found Mark Naugle some distance away from where the suspicious individual had been reported. He was found with a hammer, and when he didn't put it down after officers ordered him to, they shot Naugle, killing him.
