Thornton Police were alerted regarding a "naked man" at Hubbard Park Pavilion in Thornton, IL. When approached by the police the man, Mark A. Koves, 28, was reported as "very erratic and combative." The police tasered Koves who died shortly thereafter at St. James Hospital.
