Deputies chased a white Monte carlo away from the scene of a suspected industrial burglary--the Chevy was going fast in the other direction. By the time police had turned around the car had smashed into a tree, ejecting two of the four teenagers, including Beristain who was fatally injured. The driver, Yorlin Tharbs, was charged with six felonies.
