Deadly force
A plainclothes BCA agent working an undercover drug investigation met with Molina Campos in the parking lot of the Dodge Center grocery store. During the meeting, Molina Campos drove his car into the agent and tried to drive away. Police say several officers approached Molina Campos' car, and an Owatonna police officer fired.
