Police went to a home on a call about an armed disturbance. When they arrived, they saw Marcelo Carvalho, who was agitated. Police said, he threatened the officers with a blunt object. Officers fought with him and tried to take him into custody. During the fight, he suffered a medical emergency that killed him.
