Anaheim police Sgt. Rick Martinez said an officer radioed in that he was checking on three pedestrians. A very short time later, he radioed in that he was in a foot pursuit and that one of the men had a gun. Very shortly after that, the officer broadcasted, "officer involved in shooting," Martinez said.
