Officers responded to multiple calls reporting a man with a shotgun walking at about 2:30 p.m. Officers found Marc Morgan walking up a hill on Center Avenue with a shotgun. Officers shot and killed Morgan after he reportedly brandished the shotgun while threatening to kill black people.
