Lulla G. Vaughan reportedly died at a hospital after becoming ill in a police cruiser as Officer Lisa Reynolds wrote him a ticket for marijuana possession. Reynolds had stopped Vaughan about 5 p.m.Police said an autopsy showed that Vaughan suffered from coronary heart disease.
