Deadly force

A county officer responding to a call about "a weirdo here" saw Seal hiding himself in the bushes near an exterior pay phone in a strip mall, with the phone dangling off the hook. The officer discovered that Seal had a knife, then apparently two knives. He would not comply with police orders and so he was fatally shot.
