Officer Luis Flores was found deceased at his Carrollton residence. Officer Flores had been with the Highland Village Police Department since November 2008 and was a member of the HVPD Bike Unit. He received the Life Saving Award in December 2009 and was awarded an HVPD Certificate of Merit.
