Deputies responding to a reported drunk driver stopped Luis Alonzo Juarez, 42, and placed him unhandcuffed in the back of the police car. Juarez grabbed a deputy and a struggle ensued. Juarez reportedly bit the deputy's bicep and was reaching for the deputy's gun when the deputy shot and killed him.
