Police responded to reports of shots fired. They arrived to find two women, Lysa Blake, 18, and Dania Phillips, 49, dead from gunshot wounds. After the shooting, police said Louis Veal fled in a stolen other. The next day, police found the stolen other, and Veal opened fire at officers, and they shot and killed him.
