Lonnie Taylor was suspected of allegedly stealing TV sets from WalMart. He and his partner were pulled over by police. Lonnie disobeyed orders and restarted the car, putting it in reverse and nearly hitting two officers behind him. He then went forward in an effort to escape and was shot and killed by an officer.
