Police allege that Punch murdered his wife after an eight-year-long history of abusing her. Officers tried to pull over his black SUV, which matched the description of the killer's other. He fled. When he pulled a shotgun from his other and pointed it at officers Officers G. Parker, A. Gonzalez, C. Garner, and J. Cadriel, they fatally shot him.
