A sheriff's deputy tried to stop a suspected drunken driver. Police say the 23-year-old woman refused to stop and sped west into Indianapolis at speeds up to 100 mph. Indianapolis police then joined the pursuit, which ended when Lindsay Van Dyke's car hit a tree, killing her.
