Deputies responded to a call from the wife of the subject saying he was overdosing on alcohol. Having committed no crime, first responders left only to get a 911 call a few minutes later from his wife saying he was trying to kill her. The subject locked himself in the bathroom with a gun, brandished it, and police shot and killed him.
